I do like the scheme of the front page, but I'd much rather a far simpler banner that had pictures on a rotation, or just no images at all. I've never liked these jumble ones.

Orange for the buttons around all this black is kinda eh.
Old one with the white highlight was visible enough for me.

I much prefer the orange highlight myself, makes it nice and easy to see where new posts are, which was my only real issue before.
